Fund Administration Professional (m/f)

All our Funds are registered in Luxembourg. The local Branch consisting of four highly motivated teammates, is the node through which all our disbursements, interest claims and important fund flows are channeled. Other responsibilities include the supervision and execution of key contracts and other fund documents. All tasks being performed in close consultation with our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.

Key responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management including set up & maintenance of loan accounts, monitoring of disbursements & repayments, cash management and reporting
  • Payment of fund-related invoices
  • Manage contractual documentation such as Loan Contracts, NDAs etc.
  • Support further development of control systems and general financial and reporting analysis
  • Handle general accounting and administrative tasks  

What we expect:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, finance or business, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the back-office of a bank or fund manager, administrator or custodian (in Luxembourg)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French
  • Good knowledge of Spanish and German would be an asset
  • Strong interests in development finance
  • Openness, communication and inter-personal skills to operate in a multicultural context and with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Accurate and detailed-oriented professional who likes to work with numbers
  • Flexible and hands-on approach with multitasks and new projects
