Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating accounting reports and reordering supplies
  • Manage relationships with local accounting firm and other service providers
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights and hotel reservations
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

  • Mastery of English and Spanish
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and administration
  • Effective time management skills
  • Goal oriented person
  • College degree is preferable
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
