Analyst Environmental & Social Management (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the continuous refinement and implementation of the company’s and our funds’ Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), particularly workflow building and digital transformation
  • Contribute to the improvement of the company’s and team’s knowledge management system
  • Support in evaluating the effectiveness of existing processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and devising solutions and automation
  • Collect and analyze E&S data of investments and support performance reporting, including data visualization
  • Help establish and maintain key E&S data management systems
  • Conduct research on selected E&S topics and administrative duties

What we expect:

  • University studies (Bachelor/Master) in economics, industrial engineering, knowledge management, information technology or other relevant disciplines
  • At least two years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and good competency in Power Platform services (e.g. Power BI) or similar (proficiency in SQL is a bonus)
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, and/or French is an asset
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion's vision/mission
