Analyst – Fund Operations Team (m/f/d)

Finance in Motion is recruiting an Analyst to join our new fund operations unit, which centralizes a series of Fund management services provided to our funds.

Key responsibilities:

  • As analyst in the Fund Operations team, you will support the daily operations of our funds, in areas like:
    • Account openings with international stakeholders (for deposits, securities, or trading derivatives), in coordination with our Treasury and local offices.
    • Maintaining records of special investor requirements, in coordination with our Investor Relations team.
    • Regulatory and statutory filings and implementation of other legal obligations, in coordination with our Compliance and Legal teams.
    • Coordinating the operations of our funds’ governance bodies (Board of Directors, Investment Committees).
    • Preparing and monitoring of operating expense budgets as input for our funds’ business plans.
    • Prepare AML/KYC queries on behalf of the Funds.
  • Furthermore, as part of this new business unit you will have the opportunity to support the team leader in the set-up of the team’s structure and processes.

What we expect:

  • University studies (Bachelor/Master) in business management, finance or similar.
  • Relevant work experience and familiarity with Luxembourg investment funds are an advantage.
