Analyst in Monitoring and Reporting (m/f/d)

The Monitoring and Reporting Team is in charge of managing data related to the financial, economic and impact performance of our fund mandates, and continuous improvement of databases and reporting solutions that are essential for our company. We are looking for a new team member based on the following description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and further development of our databases and business intelligence tool for the preparation of reports describing the economic, financial and development impact performance of our funds
  • Preparation of internal and external reports, management presentations
  • Analysis of data, trends and performance drivers. Challenge consistency of data and ensure high-quality of output
  • Interaction with several teams at Finance in Motion and with external parties (investors, accountants, auditors) providing additional information to our standard reports
  • Be part of the team in charge of the implementation of advanced data-management solutions adequate to an innovative business environment, growing in size and complexity

What we expect:

  • University degree, preferably in finance, economics, computer science or statistics
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to work effectively with attention to detail in a deadline-oriented position
  • Strong interest in development finance and fund management. Willingness to gain an in-depth understanding of the mechanics of our funds
  • Strong interest to learn and work with new analytics tools
  • Excellent English language skills (working language)
