Analyst in Risk Controlling (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen the Risk Controlling team placed in our head office in Frankfurt, we are looking for a professional to support the team on various risk management topics

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of risk management tools and databases
  • Contribution to development, testing and validation of risk management models and methodologies
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc risk reporting including monitoring of timelines and coordination of inputs with other Risk Management colleagues
  • Stress-testing and monitoring of risk limits
  • Management of contracts, budgets and licenses with external risk service and data suppliers (e.g. rating agencies, intelligence providers)

What we expect: 

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, engineering, physics, or mathematics
  • Sufficient relevant professional experience in risk modeling, reporting or data management in the banking or asset management industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of and experience of using R. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent written and spoken English language
  • Strong team-motivation, hands-on mentality coupled with a diligent, proactive working attitude and an open communication style
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
