Analyst in Strategy & Planning (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Analyst to strengthen our Strategy & Planning team in Frankfurt. Our team is in charge of a series of tasks related to our funds, including asset-liability management, business planning, fund structuring, financial reporting and projections, and governance organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Join a team responsible for the Strategy and Planning department's services for one of our funds
  • Prepare financial analyses for our funds, e.g. in asset-liability management, financial planning, key performance drivers, stress-testing, business planning
  • Prepare and further develop asset-liability management reports
  • Prepare Board meetings and investment committee meetings
  • Support the development and introduction of new financial products
  • Liaise with other service providers working for the funds and numerous internal and external stakeholders
  • Overall support to senior management in strategic matters of our funds

What we expect:

  • University degree in economics, finance, business administration or a related filed.
  • Sufficient, relevant work experience in a relevant field, such as banking, finance, accounting, or consulting
  • Strong interest in financial analysis, asset-liability management, investment funds
  • Interest in development finance, green finance, development economies, regions and cultures
  • Self-starter with analytical and strategic mindset and attention to detail; strong analytical skills, affinity to numbers and accounting; well-organized when working across diverse tasks. Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with international mindset and intercultural skills
  • Strong communication skills in internal and external settings
  • Excellent English language skills (working language)
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
