Associate – Risk Process Management (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen the Risk Controlling team placed in our head office in Frankfurt, we are looking for a professional to be responsible for risk management processes

Key responsibilities:

  • Acquire progressive ownership over credit risk management and risk controlling processes and procedures
  • Ensure regular update, maintenance, and development of risk processes and procedures in cooperation with their key stakeholders in Risk Management, Investment Management, and other departments.
  • Define business requirements to risk-related workflow tools and IT solutions
  • Coordinate process-related streams in respective IT development projects from the Risk Management side
  • Coordinate roll-out and respective trainings for new risk management processes and tools

What we expect:

  • University degree in business administration, finance, economics or similar
  • Sufficient relevant professional experience in a process- or project-management role in risk management or credit area
  • Good understanding of credit processes of an investment fund or a bank
  • Superior written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience in coordinating or co-managing credit process-related projects
  • Affinity to IT, awareness of the financial sector software and automation solutions is an advantage
  • Structured thinking, creative, self-motivating attitude
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
