Controller (m/f/d)

The department consists of an experienced all-rounder and four highly motivated teammates, interacting closely with top management, Human Resources, the Legal department, the Fund Planning department, heads of individual profit centers and 16 local offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Further development of controlling system and general financial analysis
  • Preparing strategic reports for top management and supervisory board
  • Preparation of budget and financial forecasts
  • Target-Performance comparison and deviation analysis
  • Support for quarterly reports and year end accounting

What we expect:

  • Excellent knowledge in business management, backed by a degree in business administration
  • Sufficient, relevant professional experience, preferably in the financial sector or audit company
  • Solid track record in controlling
  • Diligence and strong attention to details
  • Fluency in German and English is essential, English is the company working language
  • Hands-on approach in a department with a wide range of responsibilities
  • Experience with financial regulation (BaFin/MaRisk)
  • Very good understanding of MS office tools, especially Excel
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
