Data and IT Security Officer (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:
  • Implement FiM’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with an industry standard framework. Ensure its dissemination within FiM and, when necessary, the capacity building of interested parties
  • Ensure that FiM’s ISMS policies, processes and supplemental documents comply with external regulations (KAIT, DSGVO) and best practice industry standard framework (e.g. ISO 27001) relevant for a KWG licensed service provider
  • Maintain Information Security Policies, Processes and supplemental documents ensuring these are periodically reviewed and updated according to organizations risk appetite, regulations, and best practice
  • Maintain an Incident Reporting and Response System to address FiM’s security incidents, respond to alleged policy violations, or complaints from external parties
  • Implement an ongoing risk assessment program targeting information security and privacy matters
  • Keep abreast of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, alerts, and vulnerabilities relevant to FiM’s business
  • Support the Business Continuity Management by creating respective plans and perform regular testing
  • With the Head of IT and System Operations, maintain FiM’s IT Disaster Recovery Plan. Coordinate and document the drills and monitor its correct on-going operations
  • With the Head of IT and System Operations ensure that outsourcing Information Security and Data protection controls are implemented, maintained, and monitored, updating as and when necessary
  • With the Head of System Operations support the technical implementation of Data Protection policies on Finance in Motion Microsoft 365 environment
  • Ensuring ongoing of awareness of employees on Information Security & Data Protection obligations as well as supporting business units in all data protection related issues
  • Ensure governance and compliance to Information Security and Data Protection obligations
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to provide advice and guidance on Information Security and Data Protection topics

What we expect:

  • University studies in computer science, information systems or other relevant disciplines
  • Sufficient, relevant work experience in IT Security
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Security and Compliance framework of functionalities
  • Familiarity with the latest technological trends, in particular with regards to computer security and threat prevention
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German language competency is an advantage
  • Analytical thinker with a structured and result-oriented approach to work
  • Sound knowledge of IT specific regulations and relevant security standards
  • Open communication style
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
