Human Resources Coordinator (m/f/d)

We offer an interesting position for applicants who are passionate about Human Resources and interested to expand their professional expertise across a broad range of HR disciplines.

Key responsibilities:

  • HR administration support for the Frankfurt head office and our regional offices (including payroll, insurances, letters of reference)
  • Data administration in our Human Resources System (MS Dynamics 365)
  • Recruiting administration and contract management
  • Employee support (answering queries and responding to requests)
  • Coordination of visa applications and international relocation support
  • Onboarding process (new hire registration, IT system setup, etc.)

What we expect:
  • Completed business degree, apprenticeship or vocational training
  • First experience as an HR Assistant is an advantage
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Well organized and reliable working style
  • Self-driven attitude, ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience working in an international environment preferable
  • Good communication and intercultural skills
  • Fluency in German and English
