Intern Business Process Management (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the development, management, and maintenance of the Organizational Handbook (OHB) in close and positive collaboration with the business department
  • Management of business process management software
  • Support on finalization and publication of business processes and policies
  • Support the design and visualization of existing processes and new product processes
  • Serve as consultant across the organization for process efficiency matters and facilitate documentation
  • Together with the process users develop adequate safeguards
  • Provision of feedback on processes that require improvement
  • Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization

What we expect:

  • You are in the process of obtaining a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Basic understanding of the financial service industry, project - and change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Support change with convincing and positive communication skills
  • Strong analytical, critical, and innovative mindset
  • Writing and presentation skills enhanced by intercultural skills and sensitivities
