Intern Process Management (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the migration of process models into a browser-based application (BIC CLOUD)
  • System-supported creation of process graphics and policies
  • Maintenance of the existing process model with regard to stored attributes and links
  • Dialogue with business units to identify process changes
  • Recording of process adaptations with the process owners
  • Creation of intranet articles for the publication of new work instructions
  • Creating tutorials and presentations to explain process changes
  • Identification of risks and controls in processes and corresponding survey/modeling

What we expect:

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word
  • Acquired knowledge in the fields of organisation/process management
  • IT affinity and willingness to familiarize yourself with process management tools (especially BIC), existing knowledge of BPMN advantageous
  • Understanding of process creation and documentation as well as understanding of requirements for an organizational handbook for financial service providers
  • Knowledge of the organization of financial service providers would be an advantage
  • Conversation fluent in German and English
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
