Intern / Working Student for Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

Support the HR team in the entire recruiting process, such as:
  • Application management within recruiting software
  • Initial communication with the candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Assist in creating job postings, pre-screening of candidates
  • Provide candidates and the hiring managers with timely feedback throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Support the travel reimbursement process for applicants
  • Support in Employer Branding activities
  • General administrative tasks

What we expect:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or related field (completed or almost completed)
  • Strong interest and preferably some exposure to working in HR
  • Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and accurate way
  • Proactive and solution-driven work style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of relevant MS Office applications
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
