Meaningful opportunity in Transaction Management and related services for Impact Funds (m/f/d)


Currently, Luxembourg Branch consists of four highly motivated teammates which are in constant contact with Finance in Motion GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt (Germany). Therefore, its main areas of responsibility comprise Transaction Management, Payments of fund-related invoices and legal documentation management and general financial & administrative assignments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management including set up & maintenance of loan accounts, monitoring of disbursements & repayments, cash management, data processing and reporting
  • Payment and reconciliation of fund-related invoices
  • Manage Legal documentation such as NDAs, Loan documents, etc.
  • Support further development of control systems and general financial and reporting analysis
  • Handle general accounting and administrative tasks 

What we expect:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, finance or business, or a related field
  • Sufficient, relevant professional experience, preferably in banking and finance
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French
  • Very good command of usual office IT-tools such as Excel and Word is required
  • Strong interests in development finance and in new technologies applied to it
  • Openness, communication and inter-personal skills to operate in a multicultural context and with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Accurate and detail-oriented professional (m/f/d) who likes to work with numbers
  • Flexible and hands-on approach with multitasks and new projects
