Program Specialist - Business Learning (m/w/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement specific development programs for our growing business team, in line with our business strategy and organizational development 
  • Develop and implement competencies/skills verification and a certification program for the business team
  • Implement the programs in close cooperation with our Human Resources team, as well as internal stakeholders (our Impact, Risk Management, Compliance and other teams)
  • Support the design and delivery of internal and external learning interventions, including e-learning courses, in-house & external workshops, taking into consideration effective adult learning methods
  • Drive the use of technology to maximize the impact of the learning and track success of development plans 
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of the LD Program
  • Ensure a continuous alignment with strategic and organizational developments as well as individual needs 
  • Track budgets & maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants & vendors

What we expect:

  • Passionate about helping people learn, grow & advance their competencies and skills 
  • BSc/BA in Economics, Finance or a related field   
  • Proven international experience as a people development expert, in a financial institution and/or similar consulting experience 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English  
  • Excellent knowledge of effective learning and development methods for adults 
  • Strong analytical abilities, to accurately assess colleagues' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations, paired with a sharp business acumen 
  • Experience in project management and budgeting is a plus
