Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and to source, attract and hire top talent worldwide
  • Create and publish attractive job profiles and post them on social media channels as well as relevant job boards
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in Rexx (HR software), including pre-screening of applications, applicant management and organization of interviews
  • Establish & maintain good relationships with recruitment agencies, applicants, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research, attend networking/recruitment events (to enhance employer branding)
  • Identify new staffing channels to support targeted sourcing in new regions/locations
  • Develop pipelines for key talent in line with the annual hiring plan

What we expect:

  • Sufficient relevant professional experience in a fast-paced, international environment (recruitment agency experience is a plus)
  • Academic qualification in HRM or a related field
  • Analytical work style with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Excellent user knowledge of an HR software
  • Proactiveness, solution-driven, and ability to handle multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
