Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with managers and directors regarding strategic topics like performance and succession management, employee relations, compensation/benefits and more
  • Research, initiate and execute new HR initiatives (e.g. tools, software, pension plans, etc.)
  • Act as local advisor and employee relations point of contact for the head office staff in Frankfurt
  • Manage and administrate the newly implemented HR software – MS Dynamics HR
  • Continuously improve processes and collaboration with external service providers
  • Monitor the delivery of payroll & benefits with external service providers

What we expect:

  • Sufficient amount of relevant HR experience in an international environment
  • Excellent user knowledge of an HR software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics HR) and ideally practical experience in the implementation of new systems
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end execution of HR projects 
  • In-depth, practical knowledge in staff development, compensation & benefits or similar topics in the financial industry
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • IT / process improvement affinity
  • Can do, hands-on mentality
  • Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
