Senior Officer Business Process Management (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:
  • Establishment of a centralized process management function acting as a coordinator and service provider for the business departments
  • Ensuring a common methodological approach acting as a standard-setter for the business departments
  • Creation of consistency through continuous alignment of strategies, policies, and processes among all departments and regular gap analysis in the light of regulatory requirements
  • Management and coordination of new product processes
  • Facilitating the development and continued enhancement of an Internal Control System
  • Enabling and coordinating a robust Business Continuity Management
  • Catalyzing process efficiencies, documentation, and automation across the organization
  • Depicting a close interface to the Operational Risk Management managing identified risks and developing respective safeguards with the concerned departments
  • Management of organizational policy framework
  • Assist and coordinate regular updates of key documentation
  • Standard setter for optimization and automation of the existing and new business processes in the light of BPMN 2.0

What we expect:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Relevant professional experience in the financial service sector
  • High degree of service orientation and alike mindset on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong analytical, critical, and innovative mindset
  • Writing and presentation skills enhanced by intercultural skills and sensitivities
