Team Leader – Fund Operations Team (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the set-up of a new business unit in our company, centralizing a series of fund administration and transaction management tasks currently distributed among different teams within our company, including optimizing processes and documentation.
  • The Fund Operations Team will support the day-to-day corporate and administrative matters of our funds and complementary facilities, including:
    • Regulatory and statutory filings and implementation of other legal obligations, in coordination with our Compliance and Legal teams.
    • Coordination of governance bodies operations (appointment, insurance, minutes, coordinate signings).
    • Account openings with international stakeholders (for deposits, securities, or trading derivatives), in coordination with our Treasury and local offices.
    • Responding AML/KYC queries from investees on behalf of the fund.
    • Tracking the fund investments (i.e. managing a loan books), including fixing of interest rates, invoicing of due payments, payments monitoring and reconciliation.
    • Initiation of fund disbursements
    • Budgeting, monitoring and payment of operating expenses.
    • Treasury back office (ticket control, confirmation, market conformity)
    • Back-office management of fund related advisory projects.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

What we expect:

  • All-rounder with affinity to numbers, accounting, organization, legal topics.
  • Relevant work experience, especially management of loan books. Familiarity with Luxembourg investment funds is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills and well-developed leadership skills.
  • Flexibility and a team player
  • University studies (Bachelor/Master) in business management, law, finance or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
